Trefzger Families in North America

The traceable ancestors of all Trefzger immigrants to North America have been traced to two families in the little town of Wehr, Baden located in the Black Forest 5 miles from the Rhine River and Switzerland in the southwestern corner of Germany.
Are all Trefzgers from two different families or are we all from one family ?

Welcome to this 15 year study of Trefzger immigrants to North America, their descendants, and their ancestors. The mass of information compiled has been divided into 2 main sections.

General_Information
(links to the two families of ancestors of our traceable Trefzger immigrants, the geography and history of our homeland, as well as lists of immigrants, directories of living descendants, and the study reports that were sent to assisting family members.)

Specific Immigrants
(links to 17 Trefzger immigrants who have living descendants in North America. Under each immigrant you will find information about them, their family, their ancestors, known descendants, and family members who helped in the study.)
